A day long training on ‘Chemical Management for Textile Industry’ based on ZDHC Module 3,4 and 5 was held at Marino Royal  Hotel, Dhaka yesterday on 27th July 2018. The session was organized by USA based certification company, Sustainable Management System Inc.

13 delegates coming from different RMG industries, buying houses, audit firms and universities attended it. 

The session was conducted by Mr. Sultan Mahmud Sohal, Country Sustainability Manager- DELTEX GmbH Bangladesh, one of the leading ZDHC and Detox specialists of modern time.

Mr. Sohal elaborately discussed about ZDHC MRSL, Functions and best practices of SDS, Chemical Labeling, Chemical Risks Communication, Chemical Use and Storage, PPE Selection, Emergency Response, Environmental Impact Mitigation Measures, Wastewater Treatment and Monitoring based on the light of ZDHC Module 3,4,5. 

Mr. Abdul Alim, President & CEO- Sustainable Management System Inc., was present as the special guest. He, along with Mr. Sohal, handed over the attendance certificates to all the participants. 

The interactive session ended with sharing the views between the participants and the trainer. The delegates were very much pleased with the way they had been delivered.
