  • Cancellation made at least 5–7 days prior to the training date will be eligible for a full refund, after deduction of:

3.2 Late Cancellation (Short Notice)

  • Cancellation made within less than 5 days of the training date will not be eligible for direct refund
  • The paid amount will be converted into a credit balance, which:
    • Can be used for any future training
    • Will remain valid for 01 (one) year from the original training date

3.3 No-Show Policy

  • Participants who fail to attend the training (no-show) will not be eligible for refund
  • However, in cases of genuine emergency or humanitarian situations, requests may be considered upon review
  • If approved:
    • No cash refund will be provided
    • The amount will be issued as training credit, valid for 01 (one) year

3.4 Credit Usage Conditions

  • Training credit:
    • Is non-transferable (unless approved)
    • Must be used within the validity period
    • Can be adjusted against any available training program
    • Cannot be converted into cash

3.5 eLearning / Recorded Training

  • Once access to eLearning or recorded content is provided → Non-refundable

3.6 Rescheduling

  • Participants may request rescheduling subject to:
    • Availability
    • Prior notice
  • Additional charges may apply depending on timing and arrangement

4. Audit, Certification & Verification Services

  • Cancellation before audit planning → Partial refund may be considered
  • Cancellation after planning or schedulingNon-refundable
  • After service delivery has started → No refund

5. Other Services

For consultancy or customized services:

  • Refund and cancellation terms will be governed by the specific agreement, proposal, or invoice
  • In case of conflict, those terms shall prevail
