A day-long session on Capacity Building for Welfare Officer – ToT was conducted on 23 January, 2023 at The Wisdom Campus, Uttara, Dhaka.

The training was hosted by Social Accountability International (SAI) and facilitated by Sustainable Management System Inc.

From different garments industries, 29 welfare officers participated in this session.

The session was conducted by internationally recognized trainer Mr. Abdul Alim, President & CEO, Sustainable Management System Inc. and Ms. Nayma Tabassum, Trainer, Sustainable Management System Inc.

They discussed about importance of fruitful training conduction, how to train workers in a better way and what attitude, skills, and knowledge required to be a good trainer. They also focused on the challenges the trainer face during a session and how to overcome them.

At the end of the session, certificate of attendance was handed over to the participants.
