Muhammad Shaheduzzaman has over 17 years of experience as a professional and worked with most of the ready-made garments, donors, and international NGOs working in the RMG sector. He has worked with Alliance, for Bangladesh Worker Safety, formerly known as NIRAPON as LTP (Local Training provider), GIZ, s. Oliver (a German brand), Ministry of Labour and Employment, ETI Bangladesh, BGMEA, BKMEA, Chaity Group, Vision Wears Limited, SQ Group, and many other local and international organizations and brands. He trained over 10,000+ mid-level managers of the Ready-Made Garments sector.
He was the lead trainer for BGMEA and SNV Netherland & BILS for Workers’ Health Sanitation & Wellbeing in workplace laws & Practice for SEIP Bangladesh Project. He worked as a consultant for RMG sector-related baseline and assessment studies for BRAC University, Fred Hollows Foundation, Australia and Action Aid (LES Project on Providing Job Placement Support’ to Selected Survivors of the Rana Plaza Disaster). Over the years, he has developed a wide network amongst the top and mid-level management of the RMG sector in Bangladesh.
Mr. Shaheduzzaman completed his diploma in Social Compliance from the Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM) in 2010. He also has a diploma on Mechanical Engineering from Dhaka Polytechnic Institute. He has completed his graduation from National University
