Grievance Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor Training Course Successfully Held in Dhaka

Sustainable Management System Inc. is excited to share the successful completion of the Auditor/Lead Auditor Training Course on Grievance Management Systems for the first time in the globe with full of action, fun and learn.

This immersive training session brought together a diverse enthusiastic group of professionals dedicated to building workplaces that are fair, inclusive, and aligned with global standards.

An effective grievance management system is vital for creating trust, inclusivity, and productivity in any organization. It provides employees with a platform to voice their concerns, ensures issues are addressed fairly and transparently, and helps prevent workplace conflicts from escalating. Such systems are not only essential for meeting global labor and human rights standards but also for creating a culture of accountability and respect. Organizations that prioritize grievance management build stronger relationships with their employees, reduce risks, and position themselves as ethical and sustainable leaders in their industries.

The training covered critical global frameworks such as the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, and key ILO Conventions addressing freedom of association, non-discrimination, safety, and workplace harassment. Participants also developed practical skills, including auditing grievance mechanisms, designing effective systems, and conducting interviews to resolve workplace challenges.

A series of case studies and simulations brought these concepts to life, allowing participants to apply their knowledge to real-world scenarios.

The enthusiasm and engagement of the participants were incredible. Their thoughtful discussions, collaborative problem-solving, and dedication to improving grievance systems created a dynamic and enriching experience. This training highlighted the critical role grievance management plays in creating trust, reducing conflict, and strengthening organizational culture, while also meeting evolving global expectations for accountability and sustainability.

Thanks to all the delegates and well-wishers for your participation and continued support .
