Environment is the most important but silent stakeholder we have around us. It just serves but never wants anything in return. So, it’s completely on us to protect the environment and respond according to its changes. A 2 days long virtual training on “Internal Auditor to ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System” was conducted on 14-15 August 2020.

The session was organized by Sustainable Management System Inc., a US based Audit, Inspection and Training providing company.

The training was facilitated by the international trainer Mr. Abdul Alim, President & CEO of Sustainable Management System Inc. in which participants from different garment manufacturing industries, audit companies, universities and buying houses attended.

Mr. Alim discussed about this ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System (EMS) standard requirements, the benefits and strategies of the implementation of it in an organization and how one can internally audit in favor of this international standard.
