A five-day training program on the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Auditor/Lead Auditor was successfully concluded at The Wisdom Campus, Dhaka, from May 30 to June 3, 2023. Organized by Sustainable Management System Inc., a US-based company specializing in audits, assessments, and training, the program was led by Mr. Abdul Alim, CEO of Sustainable Management System Inc., and Mr. Rasel Parves, both seasoned experts in management systems.

The training provided a comprehensive understanding of the ISO 9001 QMS standard, focusing on essential topics such as standard requirements, development processes, and evidence-based conformity. Participants explored the application of the process approach, the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) methodology, and the evaluation of documented information and interrelationships between quality processes, planning, policies, and objectives. The course also emphasized auditing principles, methods, and techniques, equipping participants with the skills to plan, execute, and follow up on audits effectively.

The program was highly interactive and aimed to enhance participants’ capabilities in managing audit processes, preparing reports, and leading audit teams while demonstrating the professional behaviors essential for conducting efficient and effective QMS audits. Upon successful completion of the course, participants received international recognition, enabling them to conduct Quality Management System audits in alignment with global standards.
